- Use the Positioning Template: If a sticker template was included, use it. It guarantees your drill holes will be perfectly aligned with the mounting plate.

- Correct Hole Size: The instructions specify a drill bit size for a reason. If the hole you drill is too large, the wall plug will spin and fail to grip. Ensure your drill bit matches the size required for the wall plug you are using.
- Tighten Securely: Tighten the screws until the mounting plate is snug and flush with the wall. Do not over-tighten, as this can crack the plastic.
### Symptom: The Camera Angle Droops or Shifts
You set the perfect viewing angle, but within a few hours, the camera has sagged and is pointing at the ground.

- Firmly Tighten the Adjustment Point: Kasa cameras use either a ball joint with a locking collar or a pivot with a tightening screw.
