If you need cameras, a third-party installer can supply, fit and bill you. scOS loans and sets up the Intelligence Hub.
A third-party installer can select from multiple brands to match quality to location. Higher resolution for driveways and gardens, standard for side entrances. They supply, fit and bill you — scOS does not take that payment.

scOS works with wired cameras only. WiFi jammers defeat wireless instantly, and criminals know when batteries die by watching for the IR light to go dark. A third-party installer fits wired cameras and bills you — scOS does not take that payment.
Your cameras are connected to the scOS Intelligence Hub. Professional Hub setup is included, or we may post the Hub for self-setup. Detection then runs in our cloud.
Hub setup includes connecting your cameras and checking that alerts reach you. If an installer has fitted cameras, they complete their own handover under their contract with you.
When you set up scOS, you get behavioural detection and alerting on the Intelligence Hub. Cameras, if you need them, are supplied and billed by a third-party installer.
We loan and set up the Intelligence Hub — professional Hub installation is included, or we may post it for self-setup. We do not manufacture or brand cameras, and we do not sell them. If you need cameras, a third-party installer can supply, fit and bill you separately. scOS does not take that payment.
Every Hub setup includes behavioural detection and alerting — a monitoring aid, not a guarantee of detection.
The Hub stays on loan and receives security updates. Alerts go to you. We are not an alarm-receiving centre.
