AI CCTV for business
A night on a yard with scOS
Our models decide what to do, and compatible lights and speakers on your site respond.
An alert with a still goes to your phone, and scOS Director in the app has the clip.
Built for sites like these
Car dealerships
Forecourts, showrooms and stock, on one site or several. Car dealership security
Yards, workshops and units
Gates, bays and roller doors left alone once the shift ends. Out-of-hours security
Moving or opening a site
Including one where the cameras and internet aren't in yet. Security for new premises

Any other site
If it has wired cameras, or could have, tell us about it. Get a price
What a site needs
Each site gets its own Hub and its own price. We set up sites across England and Wales.
Wired PoE/IP cameras, 1080p or better
Connected over ethernet. Most wired IP camera brands work, and a site can mix them.
An internet connection
At least 0.5 Mbit/s of upload per camera, and 2 Mbit/s minimum.
Compatible lights and speakers
For the light and voice response. Without them, scOS still sends alerts.
Camera logins
We need each camera's stream details and admin login, so we can connect its stream and set it up for the service.
Cameras arranged for you
Need cameras? Contact us. With an scOS subscription, we arrange supply and fitting through our third-party installer and stay your point of contact. The installer contracts with and bills you directly for the cameras and fitting. Our installer currently covers Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Business pricing
One price per site, set by its cameras
Every business plan includes regular on-site visits to tune our AI to your premises, and a security and technical concierge service. It also includes the Business Intelligence Service Agreement: a 99.5% monthly availability target for our cloud service, with service credits if we miss it, and a higher liability cap.
| Cameras | Price a month |
|---|---|
| Up to 4 cameras | £79 |
| Up to 6 cameras | £129 |
| Up to 8 cameras | £179 |
| Up to 12 cameras | £299 |
| Up to 16 cameras | £399 |
| Up to 24 cameras | £549 |
Pricing rounds up to the next tier. scOS is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and there is none to reclaim. On a business plan, a site with 10 cameras pays the up-to-12 price, £299 a month. Pricing for homes is different: see home pricing.

Privacy, and who makes scOS
Who sees what
- scOS staff have no live-view access to your cameras. It's blocked in our infrastructure.
- Video frames go to our cloud for analysis and are discarded within a day. Recordings stay on your Hub, encrypted. Alert stills are kept for up to 30 days.
- Our primary cloud stores are in the UK and Ireland. Some named processors are in the US; the Data Ethics Zone lists them.
- We never sell data: no advertising partners, no data brokers.

Made in England
scOS is made in England. Every Hub case is 3D-printed from 100% recycled plastic, and every Hub is put together and tested by hand.
Proof
One dealership's move, in brief
A car dealership in England moved to a larger site with no CCTV and no internet. A Temporary Recorder covered it until a Starlink dish brought it online, and two weeks from first contact, 18 cameras fitted by a third-party installer were running. That is what happened once.
Starlink was arranged for that project, not a standard part of the service. Your timeline depends on your site.

Questions from businesses
scOS isn't a monitoring centre. It doesn't call the police or a keyholder. Alerts come to you. If your insurer requires a monitored (NSI or SSAIB) alarm, keep it. scOS can run alongside it.
scOS looks for suspicious behaviour, not objects, so rain, headlights and animals don't trigger alerts. Some false alerts are still possible. If you switch on training contributions for a camera, expect more alerts than usual from it for up to two months while it learns.
Ask scOS Director in the app, for example "Can I get a clip for that?", and it answers with a ready-edited clip. Security briefings arrive through the day.
Business plans are priced per site on its camera count: from £79 a month for up to 4 cameras, to £549 for up to 24. Pricing rounds up to the next tier. Above 24 cameras at one site, your Order sets the price. A larger site may need a custom Hub, which can mean an extra charge, a deposit or an advance payment. See the full price table.
Yes, as long as they are wired PoE/IP cameras at 1080p or above. Brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Uniview and Reolink work. Our founder's own test setup runs Reolink, Hikvision, Axis and Ubiquiti cameras side by side on scOS, from 1080p to 4K. Check camera compatibility.
scOS staff have no live-view access to your cameras. It's blocked in our infrastructure. When supporting you, staff may see alert records and their stills (kept up to 30 days). If you ask us to set up privacy masking, we sign in to the camera itself to apply it and see that camera's own live view while we do. That is done on the camera, not through scOS. The Data Ethics Zone lists what we collect and who can access it.
No minimum term. Rolling monthly. Cancel anytime. No cancellation fee. Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Part months aren't refunded. Return the Hub within 14 days of your service ending. If it isn't returned, there's a £156 charge.
If your internet drops, detection, alerts and response pause until it's back, because our models run in the cloud. If your Hub has an external hard disk, its 24/7 recording carries on locally. More on internet outages.
