CCTV video wall
Every camera, live, on the screen you already have.
Lynceus turns the TV or display you already have into a CCTV video wall. It shows every live camera feed on your site, you change views with the TV remote, and it points you to where people are.
A screen that pays attention
Lynceus is a dedicated display device. Connect it to a TV or display and every live camera feed on your site appears on it. The TV remote moves you between views.
It is not a static grid. Lynceus reacts to what is happening on site. When people are moving, or activity looks suspicious, it draws attention to that feed.
How it connects
Three parts: the Lynceus device, your Intelligence Hub and your cameras.
Lynceus connects to the TV
The device connects to the TV or display you already have.
The Hub grants stream access
Lynceus gets access to the camera streams through your site's Intelligence Hub.
Streams play from the cameras
With access granted, Lynceus plays the live streams directly from the cameras on your local network.
The remote does the rest
Change views with the TV remote you already use.
Built to stay on
One job
Lynceus is a device built for continuous use, not a browser tab someone closes. For viewing on a computer, there is the CaelusView portal.
Its own power
Lynceus has its own power supply, separate from the TV.
64 GB of storage
Room for its operating system and the Lynceus app.
Where it fits
A CCTV monitor display for business premises, and for the living room.
Sales office
The forecourt and the showroom doors, on the screen your team already faces.
Gatehouse
Every entrance, the yard and the car park on one display by the gate.
Workshop office
The bays and the back door, in view from the office.
Reception
Each entrance on a display behind the desk, so arrivals are seen as they happen.
At home
Every camera on the living-room TV. Lynceus works on home plans too: see scOS for existing cameras.
Price
Lynceus is £500 one-off, on any plan. scOS is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and there is none to reclaim.
Plans start at £10 a month for homes and £79 a month for businesses. See home plans or business pricing.
Questions about Lynceus
Lynceus is made for the TV or display you already have, controlled with its remote.
Every live camera feed on your site, from the cameras linked to your Intelligence Hub. For which cameras work with scOS, see compatible cameras.
Lynceus gets stream access through your site's Intelligence Hub, then plays the live streams directly from the cameras on your local network.
It draws attention to the feed where people are, or where activity looks suspicious. The response on site comes from scOS itself: Suspicious behaviour is met with sudden light and voice, in seconds, through compatible lights and speakers on your site.
scOS staff have no live-view access to your cameras. It's blocked in our infrastructure. When supporting you, staff may see alert records and their stills (kept up to 30 days). If you ask us to set up privacy masking, we sign in to the camera itself to apply it and see that camera's own live view while we do. That is done on the camera, not through scOS. More in who can see my camera footage.
£500 one-off, on any plan. Your plan's monthly price is separate. scOS is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and there is none to reclaim.
Yes. It is available on any plan, so the living-room TV works as well as an office screen. Call or email us to ask about it, or start with home plans for existing cameras.
