- Unplug your Wi-Fi router and modem.
- Wait for 60 seconds to ensure a full reset.
- Plug in the modem first, wait for it to fully connect.
- Plug in the router, and wait for its Wi-Fi indicator lights to become stable.
- Plug your Tend camera back in. Allow it a few minutes to boot up and reconnect.
2. Lower the Video Quality in the Tend Secure App

- Open the Tend Secure app and select the camera you are viewing.
