Access to customer video content — recordings, livestreams, camera imagery — is restricted at the infrastructure level. These controls apply to everyone at scOS, including administrators. We've built the system so that even we can't casually access your footage.
The only exception: if you've enabled automated training contributions for specific cameras, anonymised imagery from those cameras may be used to improve our AI models. This is optional, off by default, and completely under your control.
