Support & Service

Is there a warranty?

The Intelligence Hub is loaned, not sold. It has a 12-month commercial warranty while you are subscribed, and your statutory rights sit alongside that. Cameras are covered by their manufacturer.

The Intelligence Hub is owned by scOS and loaned to you while you subscribe. It is not a product you buy and then return.

The Hub has a 12-month commercial warranty while your subscription is active. That sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a new consumer who signed up at a distance, you also have a 14-day cooling-off right. After that you can cancel at any time; the service runs to the end of the paid period and we collect the Hub.

Cameras are yours, or a third party's. Their warranty is the manufacturer's, not ours.

The full terms are in the Service Agreement and Cancellation & Hub Returns.
